Indirect Special Agreement Adjustments are commitments to divisions, departments, or centers that have modified indirect return rates for specific extramural activities. These special agreements may be due to sponsor requirements or they may be due to distinct characteristics of a particular project or center. All Indirect Special Agreement Adjustments must be approved by campus leadership such as the VCFA, Provost and/or the Chancellor.
