New undergraduate students enrolled in Fall UW–Madison courses who also have transfer credit for those same courses. It includes students taking a Communication A course who have transfer credit for Communication A, even if the specific courses differ. It does not include students with Communication A credit who are enrolled in ESL 118, or students re-taking courses they already completed at UW–Madison.
