This workbook identifies individuals who are required to complete the Preventing Sexual Harassment/Sexual Violence (PSHSV) Training and reports their training completion status. The data presented in this workbook is used by the Office of Compliance to ensure they meet regulatory standards.

Important Notes

This workbook only displays individuals required to take the training. Please note that as of August 2020, university policy requires all employees to complete the campus-supported sexual harassment and sexual violence training upon beginning their position at the University and every four years subsequent. The “Needs to Complete or Renew Training” column reflects both employees who have not yet taken the training, and those who are due to refresh their training after four years of employment. The “Select Training Status” filter allows you to look at just one of these categories at a time.

NOTE: The Expiration Days column and filters have been temporarily removed.

NOTE: The 'Needs to Complete or Renew Training' column shows if the individual needs to take the training and has 2 options:

  • Yes: anybody who either never completed or has older completion than 4 years
  • No: anybody who has a completion less than 4 years old

NOTE: The training status has the following options:

  • “Training Complete” : for records with completion within the past 4 years (exactly 4 years dynamically calculated)
  • “Needs Initial Training” : for records with no completion record
  • “Needs Renewal” : for records with completion older than 4 years ago (again, exactly 4 years dynamically calculated)

Department (UDDS)

A two-character numeric designation for each department (academic or budgetary) within a Division (UDDS). Department is the fourth and fifth characters of a UDDS.

Division (UDDS)

A two-character numeric designation for each school/college or non-academic division within a Unit (UDDS). Division is the second and third characters of a UDDS.

Employee ID Number (HRS)

Employee ID Number (HRS) - A unique 8-digit number assigned to each individual in HRS; used for tracking all HRS information related to an individual. These numbers are assigned to both employees as well as Persons of Interest.

A classification system used to group employees with common attributes; examples: FA = Faculty, SH = Student Hourly, CP = University Staff, etc.

This is the date the training was completed.

Training Status

The level of progress for completing a training. The 3 levels are Completed (finished with a passing grade), Not Completed – (in progress, not yet completed, or completed but did not receive a passing grade), and Expired (completed beyond the expiration date).
