This workbook captures lump sum earnings paid on appointments with employment class FA, AS, LI, CP, or CJ and pay basis A, C, or H in HRS, or employee with category Faculty, Academic or University Staff, and Limited Staff in Workday. The effective date of the payment is the end date of the pay period end in which the lump sum earnings are recorded in HRS or Workday. Lump sum earnings codes are limited to AEX, HCF, HCV, HDE, HDM, HEM, HMA, HPE, AXT, HFT, HCT, HET, HDT, HZT, HMT, HOT, UCV, UDE, UEM, UMA, UOL, UPE, UVS, UDS, UES, UMS, ULS, and UOS in HRS. In Workday, lump sum earnings codes include COVRADJ, HIREBON, OVRLOAD, PERFADJ, REFBON, RETNBON. |

| Employee Name (Workday) | The English format name for an employee entered in Workday. The name consists of First Name, an optional Middle Name and Last Name. |

| Job Code | A five-character code that identifies the employee's job classification/title. For University Staff and student hourly positions it's a numeric code. Unclassified positions have alpha-numeric codes. |
