Description |
This data visualization tracks graduate program admissions headcounts for current and upcoming summer and fall terms as of user-selected snapshot dates. Admissions headcounts from the prior two academic years at the same snapshot dates are also reported for comparison purposes. The visualization is intended as an operational data resource for university and graduate program leadership to monitor changes in the number of graduate program applicants, admits and new enrollments compared to prior years. |

Important Notes |
Reported numbers are distinct headcounts within specified filter conditions. Numbers are reported by calendar year and selected admissions terms(s). Data are based on admissions and enrollment actions as of the selected snapshot date in each of the reported calendar years. Data are limited to applicants in the Graduate School application system--enrolled students entering programs via the Graduate School add/change process are excluded. Domestic applicants include those with U.S. permanent residence, refugee status, and United States citizens with dual citizenship. Applicants with dual citizenship have each citizenship country represented in the country filter, but are only counted once in displayed dashboard counts. |
