This IDE provides a list of students enrolled in courses. The courses included in the report can be filtered by dimensions such as Subject, Catalog Number, Section Number, or Component Type. |

Use caution when filtering this report. As a best practice to ensure you capture all enrollment for combined sections, use the Course ID field instead of the filters. Filtering on subject can result in incomplete rosters because cross-listed courses may have students enrolled under multiple subjects. If you filter this report to only one subject, students enrolled under other subjects of a cross-listed course will not be included in the results. Similarly, filtering on catalog or section number may also lead to incomplete rosters for meets-with sections. | Campus ID | This is simply a unique student identifier (10 digits). It may occasionally change at the student's request. It is not the same as ID in the Student Information System (SIS) or ID in the Human Resources System (HRS). |

| Catalog Number | A code associated with a course in the course catalog. |

| Component Type | Signifies the type of instruction for a particular course section. |

| Course ID | A 6-digit unique ID assigned to a specific course. All course members of a crosslisted course will have the same Course ID. |

| Course Primary Subject | For combined courses/sections, the subject taking leadership this term for enrollment and curricular management. | Academic Planning |
| Course Title | The official name of the course. |

| Instructor Name | The preferred name of the person(s) listed by the department as a course instructor and/or course supervisor. |

| Primary Course Section | For courses with multiple components (lecture and lab, for example), the primary section is the component that students have in common. Primary sections all have section numbers <= 299. |

| Section Number | This denotes a specific component of a given course in a given term. For example, a course with five sections - one lecture section, two lab sections, and two discussion sections - will have each section identified by a different section number in a given term. |
