Explaining abbreviations: LTD stands for Learning and Talent Development. PSM stands for Principles of Management and Supervision. Explaining tabs: This workbook looks only at training data through the OHR Registration System. The student records are not included in the lists. No demographic information is added to the workbook. This is the summary of data in different tabs: - Training Population Comparison: This is all in one glance view to see various breakdowns of groups taking the courses. This tab has an aggregated percentage breakdown and whoever is considered a guest is also included. In other words, everyone who took the course is counted towards the aggregation. - Training Attendance Historic List: Data showing time travel where historic employee record is tied to trainings. - Courses Taken by Current Employee: Data shows all training together and links them to current employee data. - Supervisor Series Courses List: These series are setup differently than other courses and they are cohort-based and broken down into 'events'. That's why they cannot be mixed with other courses. |

Department (UDDS) | A two-character numeric designation for each department (academic or budgetary) within a Division (UDDS). Department is the fourth and fifth characters of a UDDS. |

Unit (UDDS) | A single letter representing each UW System institution (business unit). UW-Madison's unit designation is "A". Unit is the first character of a UDDS. |
