Important Notes |
Student GPAs in this workbook come from an operational data source and are not necessarily finalized. For instance, a cumulative GPA accessed at the beginning of a term is likely the cumulative GPA for the student through the end of the prior term. Additionally, GPAs are adjusted in the data source as grades become available, so a student's GPA may not be finalized until after the end of the term. Including academic plan information introduces multiple rows for students if the user does not define a specific academic plan(s). Selecting 'No' in 'Include academic plan information?' will hide academic plan and academic plan type from the results and allow for a more accurate ranking with one student per row. |
