Description
This Institutional Data Exporter provides four tabs of data output. The first is for doctoral minor enrollments; the second is for graduate and professional certificate enrollments; the third is for doctoral minors awarded; and the fourth is for graduate and professional certificates awarded. Supplemental degree and primary academic program data is also included to provide additional context. Filtering can be done by a list of Campus IDs, Enrollment Terms, Award Completion Terms, Academic Structure, and/or Primary Academic Program Academic Structure.

Important Notes
The Enrollment Terms and Academic Award Completion Terms filter are required for their respective tabs, but all other filters are optional. Once a filter choice has been specified, other filters will automatically adjust to only display relevant selections. The data file produced by this query contains a separate row for each unique award conferred for a given unique student ID and award term combination. Doctoral Minors are limited to those conferred alongside a doctoral-level degree. Graduate/Professional Certificates are limited to those with a designation of GCRT, LCRT, MCRT, PCRT, and VCRT. Excluded are Capstone Certificates, Personal & Professional Development Certificates, and other non-graduate certificates, including certain specialist and undergraduate certificates. Primary Academic Program information is based upon and limited to data that is listed on the student record for the term in which the award is conferred. If a student was not enrolled in a plan or did not have a primary academic program for that given term, their primary academic program information may be listed as null.

Campus ID	This is simply a unique student identifier (10 digits). It may occasionally change at the student's request. It is not the same as ID in the Student Information System (SIS) or ID in the Human Resources System (HRS).	Student Record

Cumulative Credits	The total credits earned by the student in a given academic career up to and including the selected academic term. It includes transfer, test, and other credits as well as UW-Madison credits.	Academic Planning, Student Record

ID (SIS)	SIS personal identifier. It is also called a "student Empl ID." The ID will never be changed throughout the individual's relationship with the University. This is not the same as Campus ID. This is not the same as HR ID or the ID field from HRS or the Empl ID from HRS.	Student Record
Program (Academic Structure)	A group of academic plans that share characteristics within an academic group.
